CMYKiller Magazine

Graphic design magazine designed by Maialen Hong-An Arana, Ana Yueduan Bolado and myself

About the

Project

Client

Maialen Hong-An Arana, Ana Yueduan Bolado and myself wanted a challenge that would test our professional skills and force us to work as a team

Goal

We decided to make a graphic design magazine that would be attractive and interesting. In addition, we wanted to promote this profession, as well as show the world who is behind the content, posters, logos and other media they consume

The Final

Results

The final product was wonderful. The design was modern, fresh and contemporary and invited you to at least take a look at it. A thousand thanks to Maialen and Ana for the work we did and for the well-deserved result

Articles

The articles in the magazine deal with different areas of graphic design (typography, screen printing, corporate image, interviews with professionals in the sector…). Our aim is to make them enjoyable to read

Creative Layout

When we think of magazines, the first thing that usually comes to mind is an image with a lot of text. A picture is worth a thousand words, so in some cases we prefer to let the images tell the story with as little text as possible. The beauty of layout is that it allows us to organise images, text and other elements in a creative and free way, as we can see in the image. In this case, one of Maialen Hong-An Arana’s works. If you want to take a look at her work, you have her Instagram: @maidibus
