Goal

Using clips from Alex Proyectasen’s film ‘The Crow’, I set myself the goal of creating a less than a minute trailer that would not ruin the film and would invite you to watch it. I do not own the footage or audio of this video and do not profit from it in any way. The purpose of this video is to showcase my editing skills

The Final

Results

I have to admit that I am very proud of this trailer. The plot and plot are laid out in a dynamic way, stimulating the desire to watch it to find out the ending. And I’m even prouder to admit that an expert in the field thought it was an official trailer that I had plagiarised. I’ve never felt so good to have my work called plagiarism

Making-Of

In my opinion, the trailer is laid out in an interesting and dynamic way. At a glance you can tell that this film is full of drama, action, frenzy and violence. I’m sure that anyone who hasn’t seen this film will be a little bit curious once they’ve seen the trailer

Audio

The background sound is Some Kind of Monster’ (Album: St. Anger; 2003) by the American Tharsh Metal band Metallica. The heavy sound of the track together with its meaning ‘Some Kind of Monster’ is suitable for the theme of the film. A tormented soul seeking revenge. A monster in the end
